Our plans run from $249 to $1,790 + GST per month depending on how much proactive work you want — from keeping things patched and backed up (Essential) to a fractional web team shipping improvements every month (Partner). No lock-in contracts: plans are monthly, and you can move between tiers as your needs change.

We start every care plan on someone else's build with a paid onboarding audit: we map the stack, fix anything dangerous, document what we find, and tell you honestly if the site is maintainable or if you'd be paying us to keep a sinking ship afloat. WordPress, Shopify, custom builds — after two decades we've inherited most things.

Monitoring catches it before you do, and recovery starts per your plan's response terms. Growth and Partner plans include priority response during business hours and emergency procedures for genuine outages. We'll be honest: nobody should promise you instant 24/7 fixes at these prices — what we promise is fast detection, clear communication and tested backups, which prevents most 2am problems from mattering.

Anything you'd like: content updates, new sections, speed work, SEO fixes, small features, integration tweaks. You ask, we do, hours are tracked transparently. Bigger projects get quoted separately (fixed-price where we can) so your plan hours stay for the steady stuff. Partner-plan hours roll over one month, because real businesses have quiet months.
